Sasja, originally from Denmark, has fallen head over heels for her French husband and with him the French language, culture and kitchen. Her passion for storytelling and cooking has made her an integral part of our team at the chateau.

We are excited to offer our guests the opportunity to book Sasja to create an eksklusive and authentic French dining eksperience. Join her at the local market, or visit surrounding farms, select the finest ingredients, and return to the castle to transform them into a French dinner true to form. It's not just a meal; it's an experience that offers an understanding of what makes French food culture so very unique and an experience that creates lasting memories.

Her attention to detail and passion for gastronomy ensures that your celebration becomes an unforgettable event in the breathtaking surroundings of our castle.

Please note that if you wish to host a formal dinner at the beautifully set high table, we can accommodate from 2 to a maximum of 24 people. This creates an intimate and exclusive atmosphere.

Sasja is also present at the castle during our yoga and hiking tours in the months of April and September. Here, she pampers our participants with delightful French delicacies, and the meals consist of dishes from the region, emphasizing local ingredients personally selected by Sasja at the market and prepared for communal dining – Family style. This approach has been a tremendous success and has garnered great enthusiasm from participants.
